Overview

We are dedicated to keeping the community we serve safe during this global health crisis as we host the Black Santa Claus Experience. Therefore, this event will have options that include socially distanced photos as well as options that follow CDC guidelines on close contact protocols. 

Social Distancing

On a first come, first served basis with associated reservations times given upon arrival families will be asked to return at their respective time and social distance in the waiting area of the venue. Only one family will be allowed on the set of the photo shoot area during the time of the photography session. 

Continuous Cleaning

There will ongoing cleaning efforts during the duration of the Black Santa Experience. Ongoing efforts include cleaning before/after photo sessions and around high touch areas. Sanitizer will also be available for utilization. 

Photo Experience

Great News! Mr. Santa Claus is leading by example and is fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Families can opt for a socially distance photo with Mr. Claus and/or elect to sit/stand next to Santa. It’s our promise that regardless of your election our staff will capture creative and memorable images to make your experience satisfying. 

Masks

We are asking that families that have elected to NOT obtain the COVID-19 vaccination to always wear masks. No proof of vaccination status will be required. However, just like other public venues we request that families be courteous of other occupying patrons as it relates to keeping a healthy environment.

Health & Wellness

Self-screening is required for each family to look for cough, fever, and other COVID-19 symptoms prior to attending the Black Santa Experience. Our staff reserves the right to deny admittance to individuals who appear to exhibit COVID-19 symptoms for the welfare and safety of other patrons.
